We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a canceled event, we can discuss a refund or store credit with you. Also, we will discuss our policies with you before entering into contracts and then liaise with you in the unfortunate event of an event being canceled.

Once item is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email on file. Allow 3-5 business days for items to arrive. This Is Us Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, and or damaged packages. If item is lost, stolen or damaged please contact carrier with tracking number as most items will have insurance. However, This Is Us may offer a solution to the problem if item damages or delays is our error. Weather and delivery delays often happen. Please place your order ahead of time and in a reasonable timeframe for assembling/designing, processing and delivery. No refunds will be given for carrier or weather delays.

If you need insurance or a signature needs to be required please upgrade shipping at check out or contact us so it can be updated. There will be a small fee to add this. Please be sure the address is correct prior to placing the order. If your address is not correct please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and have you replace it with the correct address.
