If item(s) is lost, stolen, or damages please contact carrier with the tracking number as most items will have insurance. However, This Is Us Events may offer a solution to the problem if item damages or delays are our errors. Weather and delivery delays often happen. Please place your orderahead of time and in a reasonable timeframe for assembling/designing, processing, and delivery. No refunds will be given for carrier or weather delays.

If you need insurance or a signature needs to be required, please upgrade shipping at check out or contact us so it can be updated. There will be a small fee to add this. Please be sure the address is correct prior to placing the order. If your address is not correct please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can cancel the order and have you replace it with the correct address.
