However, This Is Us Events may offer a solution to the problem if item damages or delays are our errors. Weather and delivery delays often happen. Please place your orderahead of time and in a reasonable timeframe for assembling/designing, processing, and delivery. No refunds will be given for carrier or weather delays.

If you need insurance or a signature needs to be required, please upgrade shipping at check out or contact us so it can be updated. There will be a small fee to add this. Please be sure the address is correct prior to placing the order.
